Have just started with a real-time current weather conditions at Ponderosa.  The data will be uploaded every half hour on the half hour and hour (March 20, 2006).  This is still in the experimental stages, therefore the data may be delayed, no data at all or no updates for awhile.  And hope the photocells get enough sun light to recharged, so far this has not been a problem.

This live weather station has now been on-line for two years and have found that the following items "may" cause the data NOT be updated in a timely manner:

1) During a rain storm my phone lines will go out and may be out for several hours or even a day or so.  Every time I call SBC to fix this problem the trouble fixes it's self before SBC comes on site.  Problem fixed, have gone with WildBlue...

2) The wind speed and wind directional indicators will sometimes get frozen, therefore no data until I knock the ice off of them.  This indicators are at the 6 foot level.

3) Losing power and only running the generator a few hours a day.

4) Have added "SNOWPACK" information, this is updated manually.
